Vivo may soon launch three new phones in the market. Also, all three phones have been spotted on the Google Play supported list by 91mobiles ahead of launch. It could be the first batch of mid-range phones from the Chinese brand to be launched this year. The phones spotted in the listing include Vivo V40 SE 5G, Vivo V30 SE and Vivo Y200e 5G. Also, this model is expected to be launched in global markets.
Vivo V40 SE 5G, V30 SE, Y200e 5G Google Play List Details
Vivo is preparing at least two new 5G devices for the global market. There will be Vivo V40 SE 5G (V2337) and Vivo Y200e 5G (V2336). What’s surprising is that the company has decided to bring it back to the SE series after more than three years.
The brand recently opted for the Vivo V29 “Lite” or Vivo “V29e”-like subtitles for its mid-range V series phones. Also, one more significant change could be from the V30 series to the V40 series, which the brand hasn’t done before.
After the Bluetooth SIG certification, this is confirmed as the second marketing name for the phone. Vivo V30 SE is missing the “5G” tag in the name, which could be a low-end 4G device. The Vivo V40 SE, on the other hand, could replace any other device in Vivo’s popular V series lineup.
The Vivo Y200e 5G could be a more affordable version of the Vivo Y200 5G, which made its debut in India last year. The device was also spotted at the Bluetooth SIG certification last week.
Vivo had launched its flagship Vivo X100 series in India in early 2024. While the Vivo V30 series is expected to hit the global markets soon, the first device of the series, the Vivo V30 Lite 5G, has arrived in Malaysia.
